Lightning Search Pro is a digital software subscription. No physical goods are shipped.
1. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewals. Unless a refund is approved or applicable law requires otherwise, access to paid features may continue until the end of the current paid subscription term.
2. Refund Requests Within 14 Days
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you are unable to access the paid features you purchased, or if you were charged by mistake. Please provide enough information for us and the payment service provider to locate and review the transaction.
3. Requests That May Be Declined
Refund requests may be declined in cases of misuse, repeated refund requests, fraudulent activity, or material violation of the Terms of Service, subject to applicable law and the rules of the payment service provider.
4. Refund Method
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method when supported by the payment service provider. Processing time may vary depending on the provider and financial institution.
